Free medical and surgical operation for children with hydrocephalus and meningocoele. Since it started in 2001 at Philippine General Hospital, more than 135 patients with such congenital defect, have already benefited, majority whom are children.

Provision of wheelchairs, crutches, and prosthetic legs to numerous children with disabilities.

Provides free hemodialysis and peritonial dialysis sessions to indigents. To-date, more than 9,000 hemodialysis sessions and almost 4,000 peritoneal dialysis sessions, equivalent to more than Php 108 M in dialysis expenses.

Support to athletes who bring honor to the country. This year, the First Gentleman sperheaded and raised over Php160 M for the training of Filipino athletes participating in SEAG 2005.

Reforestation project seeking to reforest some 5.4 million hectares of denuded forest. Has distributed 10 million Paulownia seeds now planted nationwide.

Distributed accident insurance coverage for taxi / tricycke drivers in 2004.

Provided financial assistance to poor families already indulged in small-scale business activities. The assistance is interest free and payable on a daily basis.
